Beshbarmak

Beshbarmak is a Kyrgyz national dish made with noodles and stewed lamb. You are supposed to eat it by hand, hence the name Beshbarmak, meaning five fingers. Posted by Picasa

    actually the kyrgyz took the dish from the kazakhs. the dish orginiated in kazakhstan.
